We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced HVAC Technician Instructor to join our Shelton campus. In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion for HVAC systems with aspiring technicians. As an HVAC Technician Instructor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive instruction to students, helping them develop the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in the field. Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience

• S1 or S2 required.

• Enthusiasm about sharing your HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program.

• Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility.

• Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability.

• Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting.

• Support and communicate progress with students.

• Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!

• Great communication skills

• Proficient with technology

• Teaching experience a plus

• High school diploma/GED
