Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join one of our largest E-Commerce B2C clients and sit fully remote. This person will be joining the Marketing Division and play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing marketing driven project initiatives - collaborating with the marketing director to create a strategic marketing strategy and map out the tasks needed to implement that strategy effectively. This person will lead the teams to organize their project plans and roadmaps through delivery; integrating new tools and methodologies where they see fit. They will be organizing and leading stand-up meetings for both product and engineering to ensure a timely project delivery within budget and ensure communication between the two groups is consistent and clear. The Project Manager will guarantee satisfaction throughout product, engineering, stakeholders, and consumers.

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

* Experience creating roadmaps and executing on large, enterprise impacting, projects

* Background in E-Commerce and owning marketing driven projects/initiatives

* Ability to translate product requirements to technical teams and vice versa

* Strong communication ability -- interacting with SMEs, stakeholders, and C-Suite

* Ability to be flexible in an environment that is not fully transitioned to agile * CRM experience null
