Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP Commerce Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the high quality of our digital commerce solutions.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop comprehensive testing plans. You should be a proactive self-starter, keen on embracing new technologies, with a mindful approach to security in your designs. Your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team will be essential, as you'll need to effectively communicate technical concepts in a way that's accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a member of our international Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team, you'll join over 100 colleagues from around the globe. Together, we innovate, support, and lead Danfoss's Digital Customer Experience initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Use and develop new tools to effectively test products and improve the testing process

• Responsible for planning and developing manual and automation test frameworks

• Participate in planning, grooming, execution and reporting of QA tests throughout SDLC

• Identify the scope of automation and support enhancing the current framework

• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability

• Maintain and evaluate automated tests and report issues discovered

• Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team

• Analyze results, identify functional and performance issues, and write clear and detailed bug reports

• Evaluate, drive, develop, and adopt tools and processes to improve speed, simplicity, and quality in systems

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• 4+ years of QA work experience with SAP Commerce Cloud/SAP hybris

• 4+ years of experience in QA of Mobile, Web and Ecommerce applications

• Strong experience in automated testing using BDD frameworks and Cucumber

• Strong experience and expert knowledge in CI/CD pipeline configuration

• Experience in API testing tools (Rest calls, Postman)

• Strong knowledge of Backoffice, hac, Adaptive Search and Product management

• Hands on experience in WCMS, SOLR, Impex, Categories, Catalogs, Portfolios and Products

You also have:

• Strong knowledge of user management, asset management, product management, order management, pricing, availability, and track & trace

• Experience with large organizations and complex architecture

• Knowledge of SAP ERP for data setup would be an advantage

• Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Customer Experience ecosystem would be an advantage

• Fluency in both spoken and written English
