Position Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Cloud Product Manager to join our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cloud as a product, working cross-functionally to assess demand, prioritize delivery, and ensure successful adoption of cloud services across the organization. You will serve as the voice of the customer, gathering requirements, defining the product roadmap, and driving the execution of cloud initiatives that align with business objectives.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and assess the demand for cloud services.

  • Define, manage, and execute the cloud product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs and customer feedback.

  • Oversee the delivery and deployment of cloud services, ensuring alignment with product requirements and timelines.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and operations, to ensure successful product implementation and delivery.

  • Manage the product backlog, grooming and prioritizing user stories and requirements.

  • Facilitate product demonstrations and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and report on cloud product performance, adoption, and customer feedback.

  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization based on usage data and customer feedback.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Create and deliver presentations and updates to business and technical leaders

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and program management in a technology-related environment.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex products or services from ideation to delivery.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and best practices.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent product management skills, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs and pain points.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.

  • Knowledge of cloud service delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and their implications.

  • Understanding of cloud governance, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Familiarity with cloud cost optimization strategies and financial management.

Required Certification/Licenses/Training:

  • Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Owner) is very desirable.

  • Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or GCP Cloud Digital Leader) is a plus.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and trends.

Physical Requirements:

  • This will be a hybrid role located in Paramus, NJ.

  • Travel up to 20% may be required.
