The HR Advisor will be the first line support for all HR and ER related matters. The role will include advising, coaching and mentoring managers on all HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local HR legislation including payroll.

This role will directly support the OCG Business Unit in the EMEA region with special focus on France with additional scope in the Benelux and Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first line support for HR matters in France, providing an advisory service on all HR issues ensuring that Kelly OCGs policies, processes are in line with the legislation

  • Lead on employee relations casework ensuring they are handled fairly and consistently in line with Employment Law and Company requirements

  • Work alongside the Payroll Provider to carry out all on and offboarding activities including the administration of new starters, leavers and changes

  • Lead on all Maternity, Paternity and Shared Parental Leave requests including arranging pregnancy risk assessments with line managers

  • Assist in the maintenance of all HR data and providing relevant reports as and when required

  • Lead on HR inductions for all new starters in collaboration with the Hiring Managers

  • Assist in the maintenance of the Attendance Tracker and other HR related systems

  • Participating in the delivery of project work to assist with the delivery of our HR strategy

  • Dealing with day-to-day administration tasks, e.g. starters and leavers, contractual changes, benefit administration and maintaining employee records

  • Ensure that all employees receive the correct HR documentation to a defined and consistent standard

  • Ensure that the EOR/payroll partner has accurate & timely data for the completion of monthly payrolls for the Kelly workforce

  • Resolve any payroll related queries in conjunction with external EOR/payroll partner.

  • Communicate effectively with the business to ensure everyone understands their benefits

  • Ensure global HRIS system (PeopleSoft) Is updated and earnings are provided to ensure accurate and timely processing of Incentive calculation processes.

  • Own the collective agreement and the election process of the SEC

Type of experience:

  • Previous HR advisory experience including management of ER related issues to a successful conclusion

  • Strong knowledge and awareness of the French Employment Law and preferable Benelux and Switzerland

  • The capacity to gather, analyze, and report on HR data, including key metrics and trends to support decision making

  • Previous HR administrative experience

  • Skill in facilitating and onboarding process for new employees to ensure they have a smooth transition into the organization including delivery of HR induction
