Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Will manage complex software implementation/upgrade projects

  • Pre sales: Bid review preparation and delivery

  • Pre sales: Client meetings

  • Pre sales: Engagement with Product People

  • Pre sales: Engagements with Sales team

  • Pre sales: soft booking in OA

  • Pre sales: Resource hunting for project staffing

  • Project : Actual staff bookings in OA and changes along the project

  • Project : Project Set Up and maintenance in OA ( one off and ongoing)

  • Project : Billing preparation and billing

  • Project : Contractor management ( PO and management of PO life cycle)

  • Project : Project related expenses management

  • Project : Time sheet management ( approval, rejection and follow up)

  • Project : Client meetings and preparation time (including material)

  • Project : Project Internal meetings (CS, Finance, Project reviews, escalation, Hit maps, Onerous etc…)

  • Project : Engagement with Product People

  • Project : Training

  • Project : Core project management work ( planning, review, Risk management, change management, Financial review, Issue log)

Required Experience:

• Sound project management skills - minimum 3 years, total work experience 8 - 10 years

• Experience in implementation and upgrade projects in Treasury and Capital Markets area, proven skills in managing difficult projects

• PMP or similar certifications are appreciated

• Sound consulting skills

• Knowledge of Finastra's products/business areas

• Good communication, pro-active person

• French and English fluent, Italian is an asset

• Travelling will be involved for certain projects
