Formed in 2017 by the combination of Misys and D+H, Finastra builds and deploys innovative, next-generation technology on our open Fusion software architecture and cloud ecosystem.
As a User Experience Designer, you will be part of the Finastra User Experience Group (UXG). UXG provides user experience services across the Finastra organisation. We promote highly inclusive, collaborative and iterative design practices that use customer goals to guide, question and refine direction.
All UXG members are highly experienced in User Experience practice and methodology. Combined, we have over a hundred years of experience in the software industry, and have advanced qualifications in UX research, UX Design, graphics design, applied arts, game design, software engineering and software quality assurance. The group is based predominantly in Paris, Gdynia, London, Toronto, Budapest, Bucharest, Bangalore and Trivandrum.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Creating, updating and maintaining the common visual language used across all apps and widgets
• Create and socialise the UX Design Standards. Ensure Design compliance and integrity through communication, education and application.
• Research and envision the future of the platform interface, understand the context & motivation of the financial professional user base and the trends that will influence them in the future.
• End-to End User-Centered Design: User Experience Strategy, Usability Testing, Design Personas, Prototypes, Wireframes
• Visual Design
• Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC
• HTML/CSS/JS is a plus
