The HP peripherals organization is embarking on their next chapter following the acquisition of Poly.

Main responsibilities:

  • As part of Worldwide (WW) team you will be Supply Chain Business Operations Analyst - POLY Lead planning focal point for WW Commercial Organization to support Poly business.

  • You will help to foster Poly business integration by accelerating processes adoption and management of change and participate to team governance settings.

  • You will coordinate top escalations management across the team.

  • You will also coordinate key initiatives (Customer Experience Programs, process & tools improvements, Supply Chain models initiatives).

  • You will support the team to deliver to Organization targets and expectations (Attainment, Total Customer Experience, Inventory, Savings contributions).

  • You will constantly propose new ways of doing things.

  • You will frequently be exposed to L3 & L2. You understand time constraints to deliver results and are efficiency oriented.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically 6-8 years of experience in a supply chain function.

  • Bachelor or Masters degree.

Required Skills:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate data into information.

  • Ability to adapt information sharing with various levels of management.

  • Mastery in problem-solving and analytics.

  • Leadership skills to influence and make independent judgments based on data.

  • Ability to work in timebox.

  • Out of the box thinking - able to find solutions.

  • Ability to deep dive in any subject and describe in synthetic way.

  • Able to understand global business processes, identify impact of change.

  • Experience in supply chain and/or business management functions.

  • Good business acumen.

  • Able to apply tools and technology to produce results.

  • Able to understand/navigate through tools as required ( PBI, OSS, S4... AI tool).

  • Advanced user on excel (analysis and reporting activity) and Powerpoint.

  • Risk and exposure assessment, ability to anticipate.

  • Able to coach colleagues.
