Customer Application Specialist – Solutions Team

About the Team:

You will be part of the Support Team (RUN team) whose mission is to maintain customer applications, successfully deliver enhancements, updates, and upgrades to customers, proactively monitor production environments and take actions to improve the overall user experience and the business value provided to our customers. The Support Team operates with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency.

Within the RUN team, you’ll be assigned to the Solution Team whose mission is to intervene transversally on our clients' projects during the different phases of application upgrades. Your role will therefore be to maintain our existing clients' applications in operational conditions, correct their anomalies, answer their questions and make small changes in the application to improve the end-user experience and the value of the application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be involved in the analysis of requests received from customers or partners.

  • You will lead efforts to fix issues through configuration.

  • You will be part of a global team and manage internal as well as client communication if needed with the follow up meetings.

  • You will be responsible for your on-the-job training and comply with our Ivalua certification policies to keep yourself updated with the needed skills.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field or foreign equivalent

  • You should have strong basis of SQL (writing and analyzing)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and at ease in a multicultural environment

  • You have strong autonomy and good management of priorities

  • You want to develop your customer relationship management skills.

  • This position is open to experienced profiles as well as young graduates
