Job Summary:

Engineering of HC and B&T systems for MSS- it includes design of systems skid + Metering panel or system panel.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Reviews Engineering work or modify existing designs, improve design for manufacturability, and develop test procedures as applicable. Drive a culture of innovation that evaluates and deploys recent technologies or standard methodologies that steam line process, improve project execution performance and improve profitability.

  • Responsible for the engineering processes and work from the COE across all their functional subject area that are “Fit for Purpose” and that ensures timely and efficient completion of projects in alignment with organization quality processes.

  • Responsible for project results that are “Customer Ready” ensuring accuracy against the requirements as well as consistent documents and processes across all world areas eliminating all “Unnecessary Uniqueness.” Improved

  • Leading the continuous improvement and training activities within the functional team to drive a culture of continuous improvement as measured through results and execution performance.

  • Responsible for leading and developing employees to align with CoE strategic vision and execution performance standards. Identify technical gaps and work with resource Manager to get training imparted.

  • Implements solutions to engineering problems by analyzing, interpreting and evaluating various precedents and data. Anticipates potential problems and takes preventative actions.

  • Attends appropriate industry related professional society meetings and functions to stay informed of and make effective use of new technology, products and personal development opportunities.

  • Assigned responsibility for accurate completion and communication of organizational goals and initiatives within the functional team.

  • Responsible for time sheet review, able to budget service work hours and explain efforts. Review and approve time sheets.

  • Responsible for providing critical metric, measuring periodically and conducting appraisal as per company policy.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

  • Proven leadership and team building skills with the ability to empower a diverse group of people to optimally complete strategic business objectives relating to product/project engineering.

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in the relevant industries and applications.

  • Proficient in the spoken and written English language.

  • Proficient working with computers

  • Proficient with MS Office Tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

  • Familiar with basic design work processes and has completed basic design packages for external customers.

  • Strong presentation and written communications skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative and geographically distributed team environment.

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.

  • Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram from and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

  • Will work primarily in an office setting. Will be required at times to work in a fabrication shop or at a job site with moderate noise levels and inherent safety hazards.

  • Employee may be required to travel infrequently for conferences, seminars, training and customer meetings or job site support. Travel could be international.

  • Supervising and reporting weekly - progress and able to support team to provide solutions.
