Your Career

The public cloud market has been growing at a rapid rate for the last few years. Enterprise users are accessing corporate applications from anywhere. At times,the application access could be from an non-enterprise device. Some industries are keen on enabling its employee access from his own device (BYOD). There is a growing need for creative engineers to help develop software to prevent cyberthreats within the cloud environment. In this role, you will develop security disciplines to solve real-world problems and critical cybersecurity challenges.

You love to code and build exceptional products, and you bring new ideas in all facets of software development. You are someone who is highly technical. You will participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle from definition, design, through implementation and test. You love solving challenges for our customers in complex environments, and you aren’t deterred by the fact that much of this technology just has not been done before. In fact, you like the prospect of the challenge.

Your Impact

• Responsible for complete software development process including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and support

• Collaborate with other cross functional teams in order to create tight integrations of product features and infrastructure

• Write clean, testable, readable, scalable and maintainable code that scales and performs well for thousands of customers

• Participate actively and be a factor to design and development discussions

• Identify areas for improvement within the team and actively push for positive change through new initiatives or optimizations

Your Experience

• 5+ years of solid experience in programming, design and development

• Strong grasp on designing complex systems and on data structures and algorithms

• Experience of using cloud native functionalities/services using API/plugins

• Experience in building multithreaded concurrent systems

• Experience developing modules based on the network stack, OSI and TCP/IP models L4 - L7

• Extensive hands-on (expert level) programming skills in Go, Python

• Experience in developing solutions in using Docker, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes and their technologies (Lambda functions, SNS/SQS etc.)

• Strong knowledge of databases SQL, NoSQL, Time series, GraphDB etc.

• Experience with messaging / queuing systems like PubSub, RabbitMQ, Kafka

• Experience building RESTful API services

• Exposure to CICD pipelines and tooling such as Gitlab, Jenkins etc.

• Experience in telemetry data monitoring (log, metrics and traces) from source devices and applications and visualizations

• Experience in delivering application performance monitoring visualizations with any of the following - ELK / Newrelic / Datadog / Splunk/ Grafana

• Experience in Observability monitoring setup and configurations using OpenTelemetry solution and instrumenting application for telemetry data

• Network infrastructure, Firewall, Load balancing concepts and Security implementations is a plus

• BE/BTech, ME/MTech, BS/MS in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent military experience required

We help the customers in their transitional journey to the cloud by ensuring they have the best in class protection. The cloud market has been growing at a rapid rate for the last few years. As more and more enterprises use the public cloud, there is an insatiable demand for securing workloads in the public cloud.
