You are responsible for

• Design, Develop, and Validate automated solutions for groups ranging from new product development, design V&V, Reliability, and service.

• Support multiple business units inside and outside the SHRC organizations to enhance testing capabilities.

• Utilizes standard development procedures and project management skills to understand and address customer needs.

• Ensures customer needs are met to ensure higher confidence and reliability in products released to market.

• Maintains a level of technical competence through training, literature, technical contacts, and industry competition.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following .

• Bachler's or master's in engineering/science discipline or equivalent and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience

• LabVIEW with Embedded C/C++/C# experience preferred.

• Web Framework / Webforms experience desired.

• Python, Sequel, and/or Visual Basic considered a plus.

• Individual with full job knowledge in area of specialization.

• Understanding of other engineering disciplines.

• Adapts conventional techniques to solve complex problems.

• Demonstrates use of skills to overcome technical challenges.

• Plans and manages assignments of significant technical scope.

• Communicates at all levels of the organization.

• Works on a variety of complex and simple problems.

• Supports many projects.

• Works independently to meet project

• Experience with Motor Control in embedded systems, System level testing experience, and Software Development process experience is desired.

• Experience in tool development.
