Work on administering Teamcenter modules like Classification, My Teamcenter ,AWC & Workflow designer

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze live-site issues quickly.

Provide Teamcenter/CAD support in shifts using ticketing system & manage user interactions

Develop test plan based off of the Use Cases. Participate in TC / MCAD Integration application manual and automated testing

Power BI report new development and maintenance

Work on tracking and maintenance of PLM/CAD IT infrastructure

Support in development of new and maintenance of existing BI reports

Impart training & develop training courseware

Experience in developing use/test cases and application training documentation

Programming experience in Batch , Power Shell Scripting will be preferred
