Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Information Systems to lead our technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing global teams, spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and implementing efficient information system infrastructures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a global team of IT professionals and software developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

• Spearhead and oversee the development and implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning projects, from conception through deployment.

• Source, hire, and mentor a diverse team of developers and technical experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Design and implement strategies for digital transformation, enhancing business processes through innovative technology solutions.

• Conduct regular audits of business processes and information systems to ensure efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.

• Develop technology roadmaps that align with company objectives and project requirements while supporting overall debt collection strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, create detailed plans, and execute projects from conception to completion.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.

• Prepare and present weekly status reports and project updates to key stakeholders, including findings, progress, and strategic recommendations.

• Enhance client reporting systems to provide real-time insights, improving decision-making and operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems or related field with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to source, hire, lead, and mentor technical teams, particularly in software development and Machine Learning.

• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.

• Strong analytical, risk-assessment, and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in Windows and Mac OS environments, Active Directory, and network management.

• Knowledgeable in programming and database languages such as Java, SQL, Python; and tools like Tableau, PowerBi, Zendesk, Google Cloud Platform.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

• Experience in leading diverse teams and conducting training sessions.

• Fluent in English.

Must have availability to work a flexible schedule between 8 am- 6 pm CST Monday- Sunday, with two rest days per week to be determined by client.
