Consulting Engineer (Bilingual: Arabic and English)

About Us: Delbridge Solutions is a technology company committed to excellence in software solutions and implementation services. We are seeking a Consulting Engineer who can contribute to our clients’ success by leveraging their technical expertise and bilingual skills (Arabic and English). While prior knowledge of MongoDB is beneficial, it is not mandatory—the right candidates will receive training using the same materials offered to internal employees.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and diagnostic abilities

• High motivation for a role combining deep technical expertise and customer interaction

• Confidence in speaking and presenting in a collaborative customer setting

• 5+ years of software development/consulting/support experience across diverse industries

• Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures and application development methodologies

• Competence in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Perl, Scala, Go)

• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with Linux diagnostics (Windows tuning knowledge is a plus)

• Comfortable with frequent travel for short trips to customer sites during the working week

Responsibilities: As a Consulting Engineer, you will:

• Perform well-defined technical tasks as part of a delivery team on projects of varying complexity.

• Solve database and application issues, particularly related to MongoDB deployments.

• Demonstrate ownership of the full consulting lifecycle (for own tasks).

• Surface additional opportunities or risks encountered during customer engagements.

• Raise bug reports and feature requests based on customer feedback.

• Deliver customer classroom-based training to architect, developer, and operations roles.

• Collaborate with fellow consulting engineers, project managers, and account teams.

• Communicate complex technical proposals simply and convincingly to diverse audiences.
