Activité principale

  • Intégrer le service expérience client d’un laboratoire pharmaceutique et participer à la transformation et au développement de la Culture Client.

  • Gestion des dossiers Expérience client et enquêtes de satisfaction client pour la Bu Oncologie et Hématologie.

Mindset et Culture Client

  • Intégrer une réflexion globale pour améliorer et développer les comportements et attitudes en interne propice à une culture client forte.

  • Participer à l’organisation d’événements et conférences pour nourrir les collaborateurs.

  • Accompagner les équipes dans le développement de l’orientation client

  • Organiser et animer le plan de communication interne du service expérience client.

Amélioration de la connaissance client

  • Gérer et animer le programme de collecte de la voix du client

  • Gestion et administration des enquêtes transactionnelles et relationnelles

  • Réaliser les études quantitatives de satisfaction client – Net Promoteur Score (NPS)

  • Réaliser des analyses qualitatives de verbatims clients pour en tirer des actions d’amélioration et partage auprès des équipes.

  • Piloter les outils de mesure de l’expérience client

  • Organiser et planifier les évolutions techniques et métiers des outils de collecte de la voix du client

Workshop customer expérience

  • Participer à la mise en place de workshops cross fonctionnels sur le design des parcours clients, personaes et idéation à l’expérience client.

  • Réaliser les comptes rendus et synthèses des workshops

Formation

  • Participer au développement des formations Expérience Client

  • Participer et piloter l’ingénierie de formation et prestataires

  • Organiser et animer des formations et coaching d’équipe sur l’expérience client

Compétences

  • Appétence et intérêt pour l’expérience client (CRM, marketing de la relation client, programme de satisfaction et fidélisation)

  • Forte orientation CARE (Customer Focus, Aware, Responsive, Energized & Empowered)

  • Sens du client, sens du contact humain

  • Curiosité et ouverture d’esprit

  • Réactivité

  • Dynamisme influent, autonomie

  • Force de proposition

  • Maitrise de l'Anglais obligatoire (réunions internationales fréquente et gestion de prestataires internationaux)

  • Forte capacité de synthèse et d’analyse,

  • Réactivité et rapidité dans les actions

  • Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets et dossiers

  • Orientation résultat

  • Gestion de projet

  • Bonne communication et compétence relationnelle

  • Rigueur et bon sens

  • Connaissance des indicateurs de mesure de la satisfaction client (COS, NPS, …)

  • Maitrise du pack office

  • Connaissance du monde de la santé et pharma serait un plus
