CHG Medical Staffing Project Manager in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

A successful Project Manager possesses a hybrid of technical and soft skills. They understand project management methodologies: Agile, PMBOK, etc. and apply those tools as appropriate to the team and the project at hand. They focus on motivating a team through transparent communication, a clear and organized plan, and positive interpersonal relationships. As a Marketing Project Manager, they will be accountable for managing the multiple projects in CHG's portfolio of brands including marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand refreshes, as well as ad hoc department projects and work as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects including marketing campaigns, content creation, technology implementations, and brand refreshes.
  • Facilitate portfolio forecasting and prioritization across all teams (brand, creative, web, content, channels)
  • Communicate status, issues and scope change (reports, meetings, etc.)
  • Focus on managing the entire life cycle of the project including requirements gathering, scope control and retrospective activities.
  • Eliminate roadblocks to project success
  • Resource capacity management across teams
  • Establish a project success criteria and drive the project to meet established measures
  • Create opportunities for team building and collaboration for dedicated brand team members
  • Partner with team leaders and influence change to improve workflow processes through value stream mapping and implementing technology solutions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience providing leadership to a project team and driving the project
  • Proven effectiveness in leading project resources and schedules at all levels
  • Positive attitude, approachable, and assumes positive intent
  • Strong experience in portfolio management (managing multiple projects at once, portfolio optimization, wrangling cross-team steering committees)
  • Ability to manage scope change management as priorities shift
  • Passion for process-improvement to workflows and team work management
  • Approaches team management with enthusiasm and strength (transparent communication, instilling accountability and comradery, celebrating wins)

Education and Years of Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of project management experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA

Preferred:

  • Experience planning in Workfront, Smartsheet and/or Atlassian products
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Marketing Experience
  • PMP Certification

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $64,900 -- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions r eceive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
