Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Driver We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a vendor-managed Inveotyr Driver. In this entry-level position, your primary responsibility will be counting and delivering vendor-owned materials to various job sites and warehouses. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver's license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately count and verify vendor-owned inventory materials before transportation. * Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials to designated job sites and warehouses. * Maintain detailed records of inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate teams. * Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules. * Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. * Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations during transportation activities. * Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to deliveries. Basic Duties: * Perform physical counts of vendor-owned materials with precision. * Load and unload inventory materials onto company vehicles in a safe and organized manner. * Utilize inventory management systems to track and update material quantities. * Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules. * Complete required documentation, including delivery receipts and inventory reports. * Follow established procedures for vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and transportation regulations. Minimum Work Experience Requirements: * No prior work experience is required; entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in inventory management and transportation. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Basic knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus.

Desired Skills: * * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory. * Effective communication skills for interactions with vendors and internal teams. * Basic understanding of inventory management systems or willingness to learn. * Customer service orientation to handle inquiries and provide a positive experience. * Ability to work independently and follow established procedures. * Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to traffic regulations. * Physical capability to load and unload materials as required.
