Summary:

The Mid-Level NEPA Project Manager will provide technical advisory and assistance support to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Environmental Impact Analysis Division (AFCEC/CIE) program. Position provides support to government staff and management of Environmental Impact Analysis (EIAP) projects including Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) and Environmental Assessments (EAs) from programming and validation through funding, execution via contracts, and completion of decision documents.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

  * Experience: 5+ years in NEPA management and related regulatory compliance.

  * Education: Master's in Natural Resources, Environmental Management, or similar fields.

  * Skills: Project management, technical presentations, regulatory agency interaction, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  * Requirements: U.S. Government NACI clearance and ability to obtain a CAC.

  * Duties:

   Support Services: Offer A&AS for Air Force environmental initiatives, including impact analysis and regulatory compliance.

   Technical Expertise: Conduct evaluations, policy analysis, technical writing, and stakeholder consultations.

Project Management: Oversee technical work, client deliverables, and mentor junior staff. null
