Job Summary

Responsible for managing a continuous book of business for Commercial Landscape Construction Division. Primary focus on landscape installations including irrigation, lighting, and hardscape projects. Must have Project Management knowledge working off grade, on high-rise buildings, installing green walls, green spaces, pedestal pavers, and irrigation systems. Responsible for staying abreast of product, supply, and subcontractor prices as well as the operating production capabilities to ensure projects are finished within budget and in a safe manner. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects within budget and timeline, including reviewing plans and specs for cost impacts.

  • Serve as liaison between field and in-house staff, attending onsite meetings.

  • Coordinate multiple construction projects efficiently.

  • Ensure a safe work environment.

  • Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to warranty phase.

  • Maintain gross margin awareness and contract documentation.

  • Conduct quality control through site visits.

  • Collaborate with estimating production rates and vendors.

  • Organize pre- and post-construction meetings.

  • Participate in training programs and mentorship initiatives.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.

    Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

  • Experienced in interpreting architectural plans and specs for commercial landscape construction.

  • Holds a valid Driver's License.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Skilled in vertical landscape installations, Pedestal Pavers, Green Walls, and Irrigation.
