The Enterprise Services Business Solutions Analyst is critical in our team's mission to link arms between our Business partners and our DevOps organization to deliver impactful business solutions that matter to Ivanti. Our BA dives daily into the complexities of our business ecosystem, leveraging their business and IT acumen to help analyze and provide data driven recommendations for how Ivanti can best prioritize resources and efforts to enhance business process and the utilization of underlying systems. The Business Solutions Analyst collaborates with stakeholders (both internal and external) to identify and envision strategic changes to existing process states and develops the in-depth, concise business and system requirements needed to deliver those changes. As a business or data analyst, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and knowledge in CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce and SAP, to optimize business processes and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also work in an agile and collaborative environment, using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira to manage requirements, track progress, and deliver value.
