This is a leadership opportunity to drive product and programs, requiring strong level of judgment with a high level of executive visibility.

Key job responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Selling Partner Growth role is responsible for driving end-to-end product strategy and holistic programs that cut across technology, science, operations, sales/account management, strategy, and regional business teams focused on facilitating selling partner growth. This role owns all aspects of a seller’s growth flywheel, including selection, traffic, pricing, delivery experience, and cost-to-serve. The leader will define the charter, the key pillars of focus, and will pull together and organize the team to execute on the vision. The role engages stakeholder teams across Amazon and is expected to influence regularly at the L10 level. The ideal leader possesses a deep knowledge of Amazon’s 3P business, strong data orientation with comfort defining / auditing business inputs, and has the product / technical depth to assess how advanced technology can accelerate our progress.

This is a highly visible position that must prepare documents for senior executives and align roadmaps with the overarching strategic objectives of Selling Partner Growth. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication and an advanced analytical skill set. The leader shapes WW technology and operations roadmaps, defines a multi-year vision, and develops PRFAQs to inspire Think Big ideas that drive innovation. This role works closely with tech and science teams to measure the success of an expanding portfolio of products and initiatives, ideates on product strategy, and provides guidance on feature prioritization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • 6+ years of team management experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

  • MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
