  • 与当地西门子销售合作,推广制药行业的工艺自动化解决方案业务

  • 深入分析客户痛点和需求,领导与客户的技术交流以推广解决方案

  • 负责项目投标,包括提案设计准备、BOM、项目成本和报价计算,根据客户投标要求准备投标文件,负责投标、PPT演示和技术澄清,分析竞争情况并领导投标策略

  • 参与项目合同谈判,起草合同技术协议,确保成功将中标项目移交给实施团队

  • 通过市场信息、新闻媒体、门户网站和VM Pharma BD等多种渠道收集项目信息,丰富负责区域的项目机会

  • 从高管到领导对齐愿景,掌握工业控制领域的前沿知识,学习新应用,新建竞争优势,推动解决方案业务增长

  • 完成经理分配的其他任务

你需要具备的品质:

  • 工业自动化控制、电子信息、工程或其他相关专业的学士或以上学位

  • 在制药行业自动化解决方案领域有4-5年工作经验

  • 口语和书面英语能力良好

  • 良好的动力和演示技能

  • 对制药行业自动化解决方案具有丰富的实践经验

  • 熟悉西门子PCS7或其他友商DCS产品,并能独立完成DCS、SIS、SCADA、BMS&EMS系统提案设计,包括控制系统软件、硬件、仪表、控制阀、阀岛和MCC

  • 对制药行业GMP、GAMP、GEP和计算机系统验证流程有较好的了解

  • 能够全面分析成本、竞争情况和客户动态

  • 擅长沟通,能够轻松与客户、销售和同事交流

  • 自主灵活,能够经常短期出差

  • 热情、有条理,能够在快节奏、结果导向的环境中茁壮成长

For our Siemens Digital Industries Process Automation Solution Technical Sales team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to help us drive automation solution business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

  • Cooperating with local Siemens sales to promote Process Automation automation solution Business in pharmaceutical industry

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of customer pain points and requirements and leading technical exchanges with customers to promote solutions

  • Being responsible for project bidding, including proposal design preparation, BOM, project cost and quotation calculation, preparing bidding documents according to customer bidding requirements, responsible for bidding, PPT presentation, and technical clarification, and analyzing the competitive situation and leading the bidding strategy

  • Participating in project contract negotiation and drafting contract technical agreement to ensure successful hand-over of the winning project to the implementation team

  • Collecting project information through various channels such as market information, news media, portal websites, and VM Pharma BD to enrich project opportunities in the responsible area

  • Aligning the vision from executives to leaders, mastering cutting-edge knowledge in the industrial control field, learning new applications, newly establishing competitive advantage, and driving solution business growth

  • Completing other tasks assigned by manager

Your defining qualities

  • Bachelor's or above degree in Industry Automation Control,Electronic Information, engineering or other related majors,

  • Around 4- 5 years of working experience in automation projects in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Good command of English in both oral and written

  • Good motivation and presentation skills

  • Rich practical experience in automation solutions for the pharmaceutical industry

  • Familiarity with Siemens PCS7 or other DCS products and ability to independently complete DCS, SIS, SCADA, BMS&EMS system proposal design, including control system software, hardware, instrumentation, control valve, valve island, and MCC

  • Good knowledge of GMP, GAMP, GEP, and the computerized system verification process in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Ability to comprehensively analyze costs, competitive situation, and customer dynamics

  • Skilled communication, and comfortable engaging with customers, sales, and colleagues

  • Autonomous and flexible, with the ability to travel frequently for short periods

  • Enthusiastic, organized, and thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

  • Strong sense of work responsibility, good self-learning ability, and teamwork spirit
