Quickbase Product Manager UI/UX in Sofia, Bulgaria

Job summary:

We are seeking a driven, creative Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Quickbase. In this role, you’ll focus on solving problems and improving the user experience for our customers in our core product. How can we make the platform easier to use? How can we help new users get started? How can we accomplish both of these things in the most efficient way for the business? You will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies to address these challenges to accelerate product adoption.

As a Product Manager II, you will be working with a talented, passionate, and collaborative team of other product managers, experience designers and engineering teams to transform the ways applications are built within mid-size companies to large enterprise customers.

In this role you will:

  • Synthesize multiple inputs to prioritize the product backlog such as customer feedback, technical efficiencies, and alignment to business objectives

  • Contribute to definition and measurement of key product, revenue, and business goals for your product area

  • Confidently articulate and justify product priorities to internal and external stakeholders

  • Work with development teams to break down epic-level work into timelines and deliverables

  • Collaborate with software engineers to de-risk product deliverables which may include working with other departments and subject matter experts such as design, architecture, security, or site reliability

  • Manage and approve product release cycles, ensuring features are built to company standards

  • Contribute to core messaging content, value propositions, benefit statements, persona guides, positioning, sales playbooks, case studies and other content necessary to drive marketing programs, sales campaigns, the web site, webinars, videos, blogs and events

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management or relevant experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Confident, experienced presenter to audiences ranging from engineer, to customer, to C-suite

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Cross-functional collaborator with ability to influence multiple stakeholders

  • Creative problem solver with an ability to identify risks early and often
