Project Administrator
QUAD is currently seeking a Project Administrator on a contract to hire basis for a company located in the Somerset, NJ region.
The Project Administrator responsibilities will include various tasks associated with the development of Project Proposals including coordinating bid production activities, supporting Estimators and Project Managers, and maintaining the Bid Board.
Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:
Review and process various Request for Proposals RFPs from different Owners and General Contractors
Read and distribute project documents, fill out prequalification statements, organize vendor pricing, and print and distribute contract drawings
Organize proposals in our bid system with current and accurate information
Work directly with the Estimating Department to help ensure proposals are complete within the client timelines provided
Assist Project Managers to create submittal logs and process submittals
Create RFIs and distribute closeout documents and coordinate with General Contractors and Owners
Be flexible and agile to work on other business initiatives
Assist in project booking document completion
Assist in cost management by promptly expediting materials, equipment, and parts in an efficient manner
Assist in ensuring work is billed in a timely manner or per appropriate terms
Watch payment of customer invoices and delayed payments as appropriate
Requirements of the Project Administrator:
Prior contracts administrative and/or project support experience.
Prior experience in the construction management industry.
Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter, team player and the ability to communicate in a professional manner.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Details:
Salary Range: $35hr-$37hr

Location: Somerset NJ 08873 (Primarily In-house with some occasional hybrid work potential)

Salary range $35-37/ HR W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
