Implement policies to ensure the company\'s compliance with all applicable state and federal HazMat rules and regulations applicable to interstate motor carriers authorized to transport hazardous materials. Prepare, amend, and file all compliance reports and disclosures regarding permitting and regulatory compliance for the company.

Inspects the facility and trailers to identify safety, health, and environmental risks. Prepares, schedules, and administer training to cover HazMat compliance for all drivers under dispatch, emergency procedures, and workplace safety. Monitors and audit compliance with all applicable regulatory HazMat procedures and requirements.

Completes all documentation for HazMat cargo loads and performs necessary accident investigations reporting if needed.
