JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies to drive category and brands growth.

  • Ensure the achievement of market share growth targets by defining strategic battles and executing plans accordingly.

  • Lead and strategize trade investments to maximize ROI.

  • Develop promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Collaboration and Alignment with sales team:

  • Liaise with the sales team to align and manage trade marketing strategies effectively.

  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives.

S&OP:

  • Lead the monthly forecast cycle in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Provide sales insights and inputs to optimize the S&OP process.

Price Management:

  • Track pricing strategies and collaborate with performance teams to ensure disciplined execution.

Business Review:

  • Lead trade marketing discussions in business review meetings, providing insights and recommendations.

Shopper Understanding:

  • Analyze shopper behavior by channel to identify opportunities for increasing sell-out.

  • Select optimal assortments tailored to each channel's needs.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

    Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree;

  • Track record in Trade Marketing;

  • Experience and knowledge about beauty market;

Brazilian market knowledge;

  • Intermediate English;

  • Sales experience (desirable).
