The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Responsible for strategic planning across the Operations organization, including management of and reporting on the Operations Transformation initiative. Will also provide support and reporting to various committees and forums, and the regulators.

Responsibilities

  • Organizational transformation and ongoing process improvement, including project management

  • Creation and oversight of senior committee and board level presentations

  • Business/Strategic Planning with close coordination with senior operations leadership

  • Analysis and Oversight of key strategic, risk and/or business initiatives, e.g., Medium Term Business Plans, monthly/quarterly business reviews, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a similar analytical field

  • Preferred: master's degree in a similar field

  • 10+ years banking, finance or a similar field with experience in organizational transformation, strategic/business planning and creation/oversight of presentation materials to senior level committees

  • Preferred: "Big Four" experience, Professional in Project Management (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt professional certifications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, prioritize, and efficiently complete responsibilities while maintaining the highest quality

  • Ability to support work streams with sometimes limited oversight/information from inception to completion

  • Ability to identify obstacles and work in conjunction with others to identify options/solutions

  • Ability to constructively work both independently and in collaborative environments involving all levels of management and employees

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate information clearly and effectively

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

The typical base pay range for this role is between $149K - 180K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
