Nvidia Senior Corporate Counsel in Tel Aviv, Israel

NVIDIA is seeking a skilled Senior Corporate Counsel to support its legal team in Israel. You will be reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs in our legal department and helping to support the ongoing legal matters related to the networking business in Israel as well as working closely with the entire legal team.

Our highly respected legal team provides legal advice and solutions impacting the most advanced technologies in the world, including artificial intelligence, graphic processing units (GPUs), networking data processing units (DPUs), data centers, high-performance computing, and autonomous vehicles.

As a member of the legal team, you will be required to support a wide variety of legal-related issues, be responsible for providing ongoing legal counsel to senior management, cross functional teams, as well as collaborating with the rest of the legal members across the globe.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising and leading the open-source field of the company, including using a scanning system, analyzing results and risks, advising the software and firmware teams on open-source licensing and implementing processes and policies.

  • Advising on ongoing legal matters of the company and supporting the different business teams (such as operations, procurement, hardware/software/firmware development teams) .

  • Negotiating and drafting commercial and technology agreements, service agreements and software licensing agreements.

    What we need to see:

  • Active Israeli bar license

  • 5+ years of law firm and in-house experience

  • Law degree from a top law school

  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills and ability to solve problems creatively

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to advise all management levels

  • Ability to negotiate positively and proactively and work efficiently

  • Ability to identify and prioritize key deliverables, to manage large volume of projects and to meet demanding deadlines

  • Robust project management skills with devotion to details and organization

  • Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player

    Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Demonstrated experience in the open-source field including working with Black Duck scanning system

  • Experience in intellectual property laws and licensing

  • Experience in negotiating and drafting wide range of commercial and licensing agreements
