The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting application programs across HR Applications, primarily Workday HCM system. Supporting or implementing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system integrations. Developing Workday integrations to and from external vendors and internal systems utilizing cloud integration methodologies. Supporting Workday HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll & Time Tracking modules. Working on Workday Implementation or support projects utilizing MUFG’s Software Development Lifecycle frameworks. Implementing Information Security standards and controls as they apply to SaaS applications like Workday, such as Encryption, Authentication, Authorization, Privileged user management, and Integration Service User maintenance. Gathering, developing, analyzing, and/or documenting clients' requirements; translating into technical specification, such as product/sprint backlog; and facilitating the functionalities of applications aligning with requirements. Integrating third party services, internal applications, and functionalities with Workday HCM system using technologies such as Workday Integrations, Reports, BIRT, Workday Studio, Calculated Fields, EIB, CCB, XSLT, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, PICOF, SOAP and REST Web Services, WSDL, RaaS, Business Processes, Security. Building Secure file based and Web service-based integration utilizing Web Services, APIs, sFTP, Encryption technologies. Designing and developing technical integrations in Workday HCM to support following HR Business functions- Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Development, Time tracking/Absences, etc. Supporting Change Release, Configuration Deliverables, and responsible for Technical Design, Build and Deployment of assigned projects. Interfacing with other technology, Information Security and Architecture teams to ensure systems and projects comply with prevailing Policies and Standards. Ensuring compliance with testing and migration standards, as well as consistent change management governance for code promotions across the Workday landscape. Responsible for Level 3 & Level 4 support for HCM applications, major Systems Maintenance, Data Retention planning and DR processes, this will involve being available during non-business hours for addressing urgent Workday system support needs. Supporting System Manager in addressing, Issues, findings and breaks associated with supported HCM applications. Ensuring application systems are reliable and that data files maintain data integrity; application failures and / or data inconsistencies are corrected in an expedient manner; departmental programming standards are maintained for all products placed into production; and compliance with data security and auditing requirements of applications responsible. Serving as an escalation point for troubleshooting technical inquiries and integration issues. Preparing activity and status reports for management for all assigned projects; aiding in the preparation of cost / benefit analysis reports, audit responses, special project reports and project implementation reports. Effectively communicating strategy, technical designs, governance models, team deliverables and status to various audiences. Documenting, owning, and ensuring sustainability of design documents, best practices, version control, Architectural diagrams, process flows and other system/support documentation.

Qualifications – External

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System Security, Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree).

Experience: 5 years of technical experience supporting or implementing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system integrations including translation of functional requirements, technical specifications documentation, development, testing, and implementation; developing Workday Integrations utilizing: Workday Reports, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), Workday Studio, Calculated Fields, Enterprise Integration Builder, XML, XSLT, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Payroll Integration Common Output File (PICOF)/Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI),SOAP and REST Web Services, WSDL, RaaS, Business Processes and Security; and 2 years of experience must include supporting Workday HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll & Time Tracking modules; and implementing Information Security standards of Encryption, Authentication, Authorization, Privileged user management, and Integration Service User maintenance as they apply to Workday.

Other: Required to be on-call during non-business hours for technical support & maintenance purposes; and to collaborate with and provide technical assistance to Colleagues in Asia and EMEA during non-business hours (approximately 2 hours per week).

Other: Position requires employment in-office 4 days per week and remotely 1 day per week.

Wage: $143,416 to $182,000 U.S. dollars per year
