Roles & Responsibilities:

As a member of the team, the primary job will be to work in customer project to perform requirement analysis, effort estimate, design, feasibility, development and maintenance of embedded C/C++ applications in Agile work flow, work closely with customer development team(including daily interactions). Support offshore team members in Task/Sprint planning and execution. Handling weekly calls and update status to customer when needed.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 6+ years of total experience in requirement analysis, design, development and maintenance of C/C++ embedded applications.

• Good programming skill in C/C++.

• Good learning, development and mentoring skills.

• Good debugging skills

• Ability to work independently, make decisions and lead the team.

• Good communication skill and agile personality to communicate directly with customer and other development team members.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in development of IDEs such as CubeSuite+ Experience in agile project life cycle, process, and work flows.

• Familiarity with Embedded development
