Our Infrastructure Technology & Operations function is looking for a Senior Manager/ Manager, Technology (Global End User Support Engineer/Sr. Enterprise Engineer) who can propel the team into the next generation of MDM (Mobile Device Management) management. This role is responsible for leading ITCI’s user Emails, mobile devices, pc image building (MacOS & Windows) using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, desktop, and Azure VDI activities at scale. This role will also require the Technology Manager to assist in daily activities involving ensuring a secure implementation of IAM and Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all the ITCI devices, both laptops and iOS devices, are running a cohesive system image and in place security functions.

  • Configuration, deployment, inventory management/tracking, of the aforementioned ITCI assets for all users: Laptops, Desktops, Docking stations, Mobile phones, iPads, Monitors, Printers, AV equipment, and Keyboard and mice.

  • Technical troubleshooting and Incident and Request Management skills required including installation support for standard software.

  • Perform an assessment of the current Intune environment and implement any resolutions from the findings (i.e., potential Intune environment redesign).

  • Assess, and if required remedy, the current SSO and active directory implementation.

  • Perform a POC of the top three MDM solutions that best fit the needs of ITCI’s end-user requirements.

  • Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environment.

  • Develop professional documentation, operating guides, high level, and low-level design documents.

  • Conduct research on end user products, services, protocols, and standards to remain best in class in the end user support industry.

  • Develop and lead the replacement of device components at end of life.

  • Propose processes for new application requests, as needed.

  • Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years’ overall experience including professional hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (M365/O365) as well as good understanding, and ability to pivot quickly to all new solutions rolled out by the company if needed.

  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory management (Entra ID), Azure AD and Azure connect is required, and Windows Server Administration is a plus.

  • Possessing the ability to design and architect complex solutions that provide optimal business value.

  • Senior level knowledge, skills and experience in key areas including:

  • Windows OS and iOS devices, Desktop Administration OS, Intune, Auto-Pilot, EMS, MDM Administration, Architecture, Engineering for client facing systems.

  • Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT&O and outside the organization and willingness to mentor junior staff to provide training on technical topics.

  • Ability to present technical concepts to leadership and non-technical stake holders in a user-friendly language.

  • Strong partnership skills to work with external vendors, such as Device as a Service (DaaS), VARs, procurement, etc.

  • Exceptional time management skills and accountability.

  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Technology Manager: Base Salary Range $90,000 - $150,000
