Responsibilities

• Performs all operations on the designated product line (e.g. Final Assembly, Sub Assembly, Feeder Bay, Preship, NPI, etc...)

• Dispositions NCI'sand escalate issues to engineering

• Mentors others on continuous improvement

• Effectively escalates issues and assists Leads, Supervisors and Engineers with troubleshooting issues

• Review's and suggest recommended improvements to work instructions.

• Performs audits through visual inspection and verifying checklists; document findings per procedure

• Completes rework; identifying and documenting nonconformances

• Independently completes leak check"

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 35lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
