Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Services Center Lead will lead Cargill’s Costa Rica Global Business Services center. In this role, you will develop a coordinated and productive work environment. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to apply shared services, providing strategic guidance on shared services initiatives, and for the overall strategy of the center, including talent attraction/retention, culture, legal compliance and external partnerships. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver an efficient and effective shared services environment for Cargill.
Key Accountabilities
Translate the global services strategy into a well adapted plan with clear ownership for delivering key growth initiatives, building capabilities and delivering enhanced value propositions in the center.
Provide thought leadership, develop and recommend growth strategy for the center.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business objectives
Establish and lead the go to market plan for the center to attract and retain talent in the local market.
Identify and develop business case for building the necessary capabilities to deliver the future value proposition.
Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management for direct reports and their organization, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Fluent in English.
Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience

Validated ability to deliver business results through matrix/virtual/geographically diverse teams.
Confirmed ability to motivate change in complex organization with contending priorities.
Proven business experience, preferably in shared services leadership.
