Project Manager – AI/ML

We are looking for a Project Manager – AI/ML to manage the AI/ML projects in our Data & Analytics team . This position will be Full time and remote.

What You’ll Do

A proven track record in managing and delivering AI and ML projects/products from inception to completion, with strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for making data-driven decisions.

What You'll Need

The ideal AI/ML Project Manager will possess the following key attributes:

  • Experience – 7 -10 years

  • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical colleagues.

  • Demonstrable understanding and working knowledge of Agile and Kanban project management methodologies. The candidate should be able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • The ability to ask the right questions to technical team members when estimating deliverables and commitments.

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire team members and encourage a culture of innovation and dedication.

  • Relevant manufacturing experience would be advantageous, though not a prerequisite.

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
