Job Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Cluster Networking team is building an ultra-high performance network required to support AI workloads. This is your opportunity to join the AI revolution and building systems which allow customers to scale from tens to thousands of GPU without compromising on performance.

This team will be responsible for provisioning, securing, scaling & operating the network stack required to run distributed AI workloads across a cluster spanning thousands of GPUs. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong management experience to help us build new features and grow our team. You should be comfortable with building complex distributed systems involving the management and control of hundreds of thousands of network devices. These are exciting time at OCI. We are growing fast and working on ambitious new initiatives. You will be leading a team of network development engineers in a fast-paced environment that requires agility and the drive to deliver.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in Network Development/Deployment at scale

• Minimum 7+ years in large scale networking control and management plane

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Proficient with TCP/IP and Linux

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering or related engineering fields

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloud computing & networking technologies

• Experience developing service-oriented systems, REST, Python.

• Masters / Ph.D. in Computer Science
