• If so, then EPAM has openings at the Manager and Senior Manager levels, to join our rapidly expanding Data and Analytics Practice. This position is a part of the Global Consumer Data and Analytics Consulting team including experts from many different sectors

• This is a great opportunity for you to play a highly visible role driving the Data Analytics Consulting landscape: from helping the largest industry players on production projects to driving EPAM thought leadership, developing internal point-of-view, methodologies, and accelerators

• The positions require a deep understanding of CPG & Retail domains, a strong Data & Analytics consulting background with the ability to assist clients in defining the best way to solve business problems with technological solutions, owning the design of the solution in collaboration with EPAM’s SMEs (Industry & Functional experts, Data Scientists, Solution Architects, Visualization engineers, etc.), contributing to delivery and scaling of the solutions. The successful candidate will be adept at collaborating with mid & senior clients and able to build enduring relationships

Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with Retail/CPG clients at mid & senior levels, as well as external and internal partners

• Act as an industry expert on Retail/CPG topics both internally within EPAM and externally with clients

• Be part of the team building EPAM’s overall Data & Analytics offerings and go-to-market strategy, making sure it covers Retail/CPG clients’ key strategic problematics

• Own, develop, and present client proposals

• Work with the local and wider global technical and business practices to advise clients regarding their Data & Analytics strategy and implementations

• Help clients get more out of their existing Data & Analytics projects, identifying the solutions and services based on client needs, constraints, and strategies

• Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business

• Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model

• Deliver clear and consistent communications within projects with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of CPG and/or Retail industry experience

• 5+ years of Hands-on experience in Data & Analytics

• Solid understanding of data solutions and how to put custom solutions together to meet complex customer requirements

• Strong accomplishments in client-facing engagements

• Experience in connecting the dots between business questions/challenges and analytics and then technological tools

• Knowledge of various data sources available to CPG and Retail players, external and internal

• Experience working with relevant delivery teams

• Confident in expressing points of view, making recommendations, and presenting analysis and recommendations where appropriate

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
