The Lofta Sleep Coach should be a licensed respiratory therapist. This role works with Lofta clients to understand their prescription, set up devices according to a prescription, work with clients on comfort and titration, and troubleshoot mask fit with clients as they start therapy.

This role is responsible for providing encouragement, training, and accountability to Lofta’s newly diagnosed clients in a way that improves therapy outcomes.

This role should be able to recognize situations that should be referred back to the prescribing physician and make this recommendation clearly.
