Department Summary

Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Deployment organization is building the country’s first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The National Program Manager - Regulatory will work with a variety of internal and external partners and vendors to ensure a successful deployment of our 5G Wireless network.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Review proposed federal undertakings for compliance and issue Collocation Exclusion Letters (CELs) as applicable.

  • Assess and update policies to ensure DISH Wireless complies with all regulations efficiently.

  • Use proprietary systems to track regulatory compliance reports.

  • Manage regional vendors and review/approve environmental reports.

  • Train and guide local markets on regulatory issues.

  • Track compliance risk items to completion and document necessary information appropriately.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful National Program Manager, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • 2+ years in wireless telecommunications, with expertise in Regulatory/Compliance (NEPA/Section 106).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience reviewing regulatory/compliance for telecom facilities and managing FAA/FCC filings.

  • Knowledge of environmental and regulatory requirements (FAA, FCC, OSHA) for wireless networks.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience managing multiple projects and vendors.

  • Experience working with government agencies (BIA, BLM, USFS, SHPO) and addressing local jurisdiction concerns on Health, Safety, and EME issues.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,623.00/Year - $100,730.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
