Duties : Performs advanced development, support and implementation of complex systems using specialized domain knowledge and highly- developed business expertise. Leads large projects and programs with limited oversight. Evaluates business and software industry trends and suggests improvements to processes, products and services. Sets standards to deliver high-quality products and services; Sets high standards for self and others. Helps drive process and manage projects. Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. May participate in global–scope and cross-functional initiatives. Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $171,800 to $246,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position requires Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications. Position requires 5 years progressive post-Bachelor’s related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Designing and developing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and all channel (email, social and SMS) applications within the platform using but limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Analytics Builder, and Automation Studio; Salesforce development and Salesforce platform features; Amp scripting, HTML, and CSS; Configuring Salesforce configuration, workflow, triggers, Visualforce, Apex code, and batch; Salesforce synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns; JIRA, confluence, and bitbucket; and Agile Scrum Development for breaking creating, updating and releasing Jira stories and bugs.
