R esponsibilities :

  • Assist the Executive in organizing and promoting the assignment and arrangement, communication and coordination, and implementation tracking of the company's key work projects.

  • Coordinate and communicate with management team in accordance with the company's strategy and promote projects.

  • Manage a highly complex business calendar with a keen sense of prioritization and time management to ensure maximum effectiveness of time use by the Executive.

  • Organize monthly management meeting. Invite management team members, make meeting notes and prepare meeting minutes.

  • Conduct research, compile data, prepare business presentation, and manage the documentations and archives for the Executive.

  • Manage the travel arrangements for the Executive.

  • Keep good liaison and communication with divisional heads, internal departments. Help to maintain key relationship for the Executive.

  • To carry out other ad/hoc assignment assigned by the Executive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Finance or related is highly preferred.

  • At least 10 years of similar work experience, have experience as an assistant to the actual operations (CEO, COO) manager of a company with over 500+ employees.

  • Possess business analysis ability and strong PPT output ability.

  • Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.

  • Strong learning ability, initiative, execution ability, high self-discipline, and efficient closed-loop ability.

  • Strong communication skills, rigorous logical thinking, sharp judgment skills, and excellent analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills.
